Rent-To-Own
No established credit history required rent-to-own may be available for qualified customers over 18. Initial payment may be required to order. Final payment options depend on building size, price, location, and availability.
Foundation
Buildings need a solid, level surface so doors and windows operate properly. A 4"-6" crushed stone pad is recommended. Concrete or asphalt may also be acceptable.
